				對導軌絲杠的基本要求有哪些?

1.導向精度高導向精度是指THK導軌運動軌跡的準確程度,它是導軌副的重要精度指標。運動件的實際運動軌跡與給定方向之間的偏差越小,則導向精度越高。
1. High guiding precision the guiding precision refers to the accuracy of THK guide track, which is an important precision index of guide pair. The smaller the deviation between the actual trajectory of the moving part and the given direction, the higher the guiding accuracy.
影響導向精度的主要因素有:導軌承導面的幾何精度、導軌的結(jié)構(gòu)類型、導軌副的接觸精度和表面粗糙度;導軌和支承件的剛度;導軌的油膜厚度和油膜剛度;導軌和支承件的熱變形等。
The main factors affecting the guiding accuracy are: the geometric accuracy of the guide bearing surface, the structure type of the guide, the contact accuracy and surface roughness of the guide pair; the stiffness of the guide and the supporting parts; the oil film thickness and stiffness of the guide; the thermal deformation of the guide and the supporting parts, etc.


導軌的幾何精度一般包括導軌在垂直平面、水平平面內(nèi)的直線度和兩條導軌面間的平行度或兩導軌面間橫向某長度的扭曲值,精度要求可以用導軌全長上的誤差△或單位長度上的誤差S表示。
The geometric accuracy of the guide rail generally includes the straightness of the guide rail in the vertical plane and the horizontal plane, the parallelism between the two guide rail surfaces or the transverse twist value of a certain length between the two guide rail surfaces. The accuracy requirements can be expressed by the error △ of the total length of the guide rail or the error s of the unit length.
2.移動靈敏度和定位精度均高移動靈敏度(移動分辨率)指工件臺完成一次移動能達到的短距離,定位精度指工件臺由運動狀態(tài)停止在某一指定點的能力。移動靈敏度和定位精度與導軌的類型、摩擦特性、運動速度、傳動剛度、移動件質(zhì)量等因素有關。

3.具有低速運動的平穩(wěn)性低速運動的平穩(wěn)性,是指導軌在低速運動或微量移動時不發(fā)生爬行等不連續(xù)運動的現(xiàn)象。它與導軌的結(jié)構(gòu)、導軌副材料匹配、潤滑狀況、潤滑劑性質(zhì)及導軌運動傳動系統(tǒng)的剛度等因素有關。

The stability of low-speed movement refers to the phenomenon that the guide rail does not crawl and other discontinuous movement when it moves at low speed or slightly. 4.剛度大導軌受力后的變形將影響部件之間的相對位置和導向精度。剛度對高精度機械和儀器尤為重要。

5.抗振性好杭振性主要是指抗受迫振動的能力和抗自激振動的能力。對于閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)來說,不僅要求導軌對啟動、制動的跟蹤靈敏度高,還要求它要有適當?shù)恼硿枘崽匦?,以防止在啟動、制動過程中發(fā)生不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象。
5. Good vibration resistance. Vibration resistance mainly refers to the ability to resist forced vibration and self-excited vibration. For the closed-loop control system, not only the high tracking sensitivity of the guide rail to start and brake, but also the proper viscous damping characteristics are required to prevent instability in the process of start and brake.
6.發(fā)熱小在高速運動時,要求導軌的發(fā)熱小。

7.結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性好在滿足設計要求的前提下,導軌應盡量做到制造、維修、保養(yǎng)方便,成本低廉等。
