①滾珠絲桿預(yù)緊力過緊或者過松
① The preload of ball screw is too tight or too loose
②滾珠絲桿制造誤差大或者軸向竄動(dòng)
② Large manufacturing error or axial movement of ball screw
③絲桿軸滑板配合壓板過緊或者過松

②用控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償能間隙,同儀器測(cè)量并調(diào)整絲桿竄動(dòng)

③調(diào)整預(yù)緊力,檢查軸向竄動(dòng)值,使其誤差不大于0.015mm
