軸承若處于良好的連轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)會(huì)發(fā)出低低的嗚嗚或嗡嗡聲音。若是發(fā)出尖銳的嘶嘶音、吱吱音或其它不規(guī)則的聲音,則很有可能表示軸承處于不良的連轉(zhuǎn)狀況。尖銳的吱吱噪音可能是由于不適當(dāng)?shù)臐?rùn)滑所造成的。不適當(dāng)?shù)妮S承間隙也會(huì)造成金屬聲。

01 大的金屬噪音

造成承發(fā)出大的金屬噪音主要原因有異常負(fù)荷、安裝不良、潤(rùn)滑劑不足、不適合等。針對(duì)軸承異常負(fù)荷的對(duì)策:修正配合,研究軸承游隙,調(diào)整預(yù)負(fù)荷,修正外殼擋肩位置。針對(duì)軸承安裝不良的對(duì)策:提高軸、軸承座的加工精度,改善安裝精度、安裝方法。針對(duì)軸承潤(rùn)滑劑不足的對(duì)策:補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑劑,選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)臐?rùn)滑劑。

有時(shí)軸承在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中會(huì)發(fā)生“呲啦-呲啦“的聲音”,斷斷續(xù)續(xù),并有規(guī)則的發(fā)生,這種就屬于規(guī)則的噪音。造成軸承產(chǎn)生規(guī)則噪音的原因主要有:由于異物滾動(dòng)面產(chǎn)生壓痕、銹、傷痕,(鋼滲碳后)表面變形和滾道面斷裂。

如果軸承運(yùn)行中發(fā)生“吱啦吱啦”的聲音,并且不會(huì)隨著回轉(zhuǎn)速度變化而變化,這種情況就屬于不規(guī)則噪音,多見(jiàn)于小型軸承上。導(dǎo)致這種情況的主要有:游隙過(guò)大、異物侵入和球的損傷、斷裂。針對(duì)軸承游隙過(guò)大的對(duì)策:研究配合及軸承游隙,修改預(yù)負(fù)荷量。針對(duì)軸承發(fā)生異物侵入的對(duì)策:研究更換軸承,清洗有關(guān)零件,改善密封裝置,使用干凈的潤(rùn)滑劑。
