滾珠絲桿零部件的組裝要注意什么？

1、滾珠絲桿必須保持干凈，擦拭清潔，不使異物進(jìn)入螺母內(nèi)。
1. The ball screw must be kept clean and wiped to prevent foreign matters from entering the nut.
2、不可任意敲打，并保持外觀不碰傷。
2. Don't knock at will, and keep the appearance from bumping.
3、安裝面的表面修整及清潔要徹底。
3. Finish and clean the surface of the mounting surface thoroughly.
4、合宜的公差及精確的校正，保證絲桿運(yùn)行無阻力。
4. Proper tolerance and accurate correction ensure that the screw rod runs without resistance.
5、適宜的潤滑，加合適的潤滑脂。

6、不可將絲桿與螺母分離。
