直線導軌的矯直方法

基準導軌的理論基準直線是空間的直線,因此在兩個相互垂直的平面(水平面和鉛垂面)分別校直。校直過程中,直線度誤差的測量也是在這兩個平面內(nèi)進行的。坐標系的設(shè)定和測量系統(tǒng)相同。

由于導軌是剛性件,撓度較小,校直幅度不能過大,所以,校直的過程中,直線度誤差的計算采用小二乘法。在校直的過程中,是以小二乘中線作為基準直線。在校兩條導軌平行程度時,也是采用小二乘中線為基準。導軌和導軌基座的接觸是面接觸,導軌靠基座上的相互垂直的平面進行定位。校直中,基座接觸面增加材料(墊薄片材料)遠比去除材料(磨削或刮研)容易,所以,本校直實例采用增加材料(墊薄片材料),但只能達到數(shù)絲的精度(墊薄片材料厚度限制),要達到高的精度則需要用去除材料的方法。

Therefore, in this alignment example, the added materials (pad sheet materials) are used, but only the accuracy of several threads (the thickness limit of pad sheet materials) can be achieved. To achieve high accuracy, the method of removing materials is required.

具體如下:1.確定基準導軌(由工藝師或生產(chǎn)廠家決定)并進行校直,使其直線度誤差的值在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi);
