滾珠絲杠與普通絲杠有什么區(qū)別

滾珠絲杠的傳動效率大約是90~96%，梯形絲杠的傳動效率大約是26~46%。即如果驅(qū)動同樣大的負(fù)載，采用滾珠絲杠可以使用更小的驅(qū)動功率，例如更小功率的電機(jī)，既可降低成本，亦可降低能耗。

自鎖性一般與傳動效率成反比，因此，滾珠絲杠幾乎沒有自鎖性，而梯形絲杠具有一定的自鎖性（視乎導(dǎo)程角的大小和工作面粗糙度）。
The self-locking property is generally inversely proportional to the transmission efficiency. Therefore, the ball screw has almost no self-locking property, while the trapezoidal lead screw has a certain self-locking property (depending on the lead angle and the roughness of the working surface).
5、經(jīng)濟(jì)性。

從以前和目前的情況看，滾珠絲杠因其結(jié)構(gòu)較梯形絲杠復(fù)雜，仍然比梯形絲杠高。不過，隨著自動化設(shè)備的增多而產(chǎn)量變大，差異越來越小。
