準(zhǔn)備工作

打開外、內(nèi)包裝、對直線導(dǎo)軌、滑座品質(zhì)進(jìn)行確認(rèn)

注意事項：
Precautions:
1.對直線導(dǎo)軌要輕拿輕放；
1. Handle the linear guide rail gently;
2.撤包裝時注意不要劃傷、損壞直線

3.擦拭干凈直線導(dǎo)軌上的防銹油，方可移動滑塊測試。

檢驗事項：

一、使用安裝基準(zhǔn)面安裝方法
1、 Installation method using installation reference plane
安裝方法：先使用裝配螺絲將直線導(dǎo)軌底部基準(zhǔn)面大概固定于床臺底部裝配面，再用虎鉗將滑軌側(cè)邊基準(zhǔn)面逼緊床臺側(cè)邊裝配面，以確定滑軌位置后，使用扭力扳手，一定的扭力按順序鎖緊固定螺絲，將滑軌底部基準(zhǔn)面逼緊床臺底部裝配面。
Installation method: First, use assembly screws to fix the bottom reference plane of the linear guide rail approximately to the assembly surface at the bottom of the bed. Then, use a vise to press the reference plane on the side of the slide rail against the assembly surface at the side of the bed to determine the position of the slide rail. Then, use a torque wrench to lock the fixing screws in sequence with a certain amount of torque, and press the reference plane at the bottom of the slide rail against the assembly surface at the bottom of the bed.
二、從動側(cè)直線導(dǎo)軌的安裝
2、 Installation of linear guide rail on the driven side
1.直線塊規(guī)法：將直線塊規(guī)置于兩支直線導(dǎo)軌間，使用千分量表校準(zhǔn)直線塊規(guī)，使之與基準(zhǔn)側(cè)滑軌之側(cè)邊基準(zhǔn)面平行，再依直線塊規(guī)校準(zhǔn)從動側(cè)滑軌，從動軌的一端開始校準(zhǔn)并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
1. Linear block gauge method: Place the linear block gauge between two linear guides, use a micrometer to calibrate the linear block gauge so that it is parallel to the side reference plane of the reference side slide rail, and then calibrate the driven side slide rail according to the linear block gauge. Start calibrating one end of the driven rail and lock the assembly screws with a specific torque in sequence.
2.移動平臺法：將基準(zhǔn)側(cè)兩個滑塊固定在一個測定平臺上，而從動側(cè)只裝上一個滑塊，滑軌和滑塊都尚未固定于床臺與平臺，使用附于從動側(cè)滑塊頂面千分量表，量測從動側(cè)滑塊的側(cè)基準(zhǔn)面，從動直線導(dǎo)軌的一端開始校準(zhǔn)并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
2. Moving platform method: Fix two sliding blocks on the reference side on a measuring platform, while only one sliding block is installed on the driven side. The slide rail and sliding block have not been fixed on the bed and platform yet. Use a micrometer attached to the top surface of the driven side sliding block to measure the side reference plane of the driven side sliding block. Start calibration from one end of the moving linear guide rail and lock the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence.
3.效仿基準(zhǔn)側(cè)滑軌法：將基準(zhǔn)側(cè)直線導(dǎo)軌的兩個滑塊及從動側(cè)導(dǎo)軌其中一個滑塊固定于平臺，再將從動側(cè)的滑軌及其另一個滑軌約略分別固定于床臺及平臺，以基準(zhǔn)側(cè)滑軌為準(zhǔn)移動平臺，從滑軌一端開始，邊確認(rèn)從動側(cè)直線導(dǎo)軌的滾動阻力，邊依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
3. Imitate the reference side sliding rail method: Fix the two sliders of the reference side linear guide rail and one of the sliders of the driven side guide rail to the platform, and then roughly fix the driven side sliding rail and the other sliding rail to the bed and platform respectively. Move the platform based on the reference side sliding rail. Starting from one end of the sliding rail, confirm the rolling resistance of the driven side linear guide rail while locking the assembly screws with specific torque in sequence.
4.專用工具法：使用工具確定從動側(cè)滑軌的位置，并依序以特定的扭力鎖緊裝配螺絲。
