				直線導(dǎo)軌的基本構(gòu)造是什么?

基本構(gòu)造是由1.直線導(dǎo)軌、2.直線運(yùn)動(dòng)滑導(dǎo)塊、3.滾動(dòng)軸承用滾珠構(gòu)成。
The basic structure is composed of 1. Linear guide, 2. Linear motion guide block, 3. Rolling bearing ball.
對(duì)于這種構(gòu)造可根據(jù)使用規(guī)格選擇各種產(chǎn)品。例如采用密封板類零件構(gòu)造可實(shí)現(xiàn)其防塵性和無塵室使用要求,采用滾珠保持器構(gòu)造可提高其滑動(dòng)性能等等。此外,對(duì)于直線滑動(dòng)條件和負(fù)載、為了實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的導(dǎo)向精度,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況可采用2支導(dǎo)軌或和多個(gè)滑塊的構(gòu)造。

直線導(dǎo)軌的性能基本上是由滾動(dòng)軸承單元的構(gòu)造決定的。導(dǎo)軌上滾珠用導(dǎo)向槽的個(gè)數(shù)稱為「列數(shù)」,在滾道內(nèi)滾珠的接觸點(diǎn)數(shù)作為「點(diǎn)接觸數(shù)」、用來表現(xiàn)滾珠軸承單元的構(gòu)造。這種多列滾珠軸承的構(gòu)造,即使在急速加減速時(shí)承受力矩載荷或長(zhǎng)時(shí)間在嚴(yán)苛條件下連續(xù)運(yùn)行等情況下,也可保持其精度。
The performance of linear guide is basically determined by the structure of rolling bearing unit. The number of guide grooves for balls on the guide rail is called "column number". The number of contact points of balls in the raceway is regarded as "point contact number", which is used to represent the structure of ball bearing unit. 直線導(dǎo)軌采用循環(huán)滾珠型構(gòu)造,摩擦力小、可實(shí)現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。另外還有內(nèi)置滾珠保持器,循環(huán)滾珠相互接觸、無摩擦音,可實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)久無噪音和平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的的直線導(dǎo)軌滑塊構(gòu)造。

不需要高剛性的場(chǎng)合,可采用精 密成形的U型不銹鋼鋼板、將軌道部和安裝面 一 體 化的精 密滾珠滑軌構(gòu)造,具有小型?輕量?低的特點(diǎn)。
