According to the nature of friction, linear motion guide can be divided into sliding friction guide, rolling friction guide, elastic friction guide, fluid friction guide and so on.

直線導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動(dòng)的作用是用來(lái)支撐和引導(dǎo)運(yùn)動(dòng)部件，按給定的方向做往復(fù)直線運(yùn)動(dòng)。依按摩擦性質(zhì)而定，直線運(yùn)動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌可以分為滑動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、滾動(dòng)摩擦導(dǎo)軌、彈性摩擦導(dǎo)軌、流體摩擦導(dǎo)軌等種類。 直線軸承主要用在自動(dòng)化機(jī)械上比較多,像德國(guó)進(jìn)口的機(jī)床,折彎?rùn)C(jī),激光焊接機(jī)等等,當(dāng)然直線軸承和直線軸是配套用的。像直線導(dǎo)軌主要是用在精度要求比較高的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)上,直線導(dǎo)軌的移動(dòng)元件和固定元件之間不用中間介質(zhì)，而用滾動(dòng)鋼球。

導(dǎo)軌、直線軸作為設(shè)備的核心部件之一，它的功用是起導(dǎo)向和支承作用。為了保證機(jī)器有較高的加工精度，要求其導(dǎo)軌、直線具有較高的導(dǎo)向精度和良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)性。設(shè)備在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，由于被加工件在加工中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的腐蝕性粉塵和煙霧，基這些煙霧和粉塵長(zhǎng)期大量沉積于導(dǎo)軌、直線軸表面，對(duì)設(shè)備的加工精度有很大影響，并且會(huì)在導(dǎo)軌直線軸表面形成蝕點(diǎn)，縮短設(shè)備使用壽命。為了讓機(jī)器正常穩(wěn)定工作，確保產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量，要認(rèn)真做好導(dǎo)軌、直線軸的日常維護(hù)。注意：清潔導(dǎo)軌請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)備——干棉布、潤(rùn)滑油。

雕刻機(jī)的導(dǎo)軌分為直線導(dǎo)軌、滾輪導(dǎo)軌。直線導(dǎo)軌的清潔：把激光頭移動(dòng)到右側(cè)(或左側(cè))，找到直線導(dǎo)軌，用干棉布擦拭直到光亮無(wú)塵，再加上少許潤(rùn)滑油(可采用縫紉機(jī)油，切勿使用機(jī)油)，將激光頭左右慢慢推動(dòng)幾次，讓潤(rùn)滑油均勻分布即可。滾輪導(dǎo)軌的清潔：把橫梁移動(dòng)到內(nèi)側(cè)，打開機(jī)器兩側(cè)端蓋，找到導(dǎo)軌，用干棉布把兩側(cè)導(dǎo)軌與滾輪接觸的地方擦拭干凈，再移動(dòng)橫梁，把剩余地方清潔干凈。

Cleaning of roller guide: move the crossbeam to the inside, open the end covers on both sides of the machine, find the guide rail, wipe the contact between the guide rail on both sides and the roller with dry cotton cloth, and then move the crossbeam to clean the rest.
