絲桿和導(dǎo)軌的級(jí)別是怎么區(qū)分的?

絲桿和導(dǎo)軌精度等級(jí)的基本定義師比較模糊的,大體的意思是為了反映出滾動(dòng)體及相關(guān)組件的在不同配合間隙的情況下,導(dǎo)致的直線導(dǎo)軌定位面與基準(zhǔn)面,或者絲杠的重復(fù)定位精度上出現(xiàn)的不同差異。如果你能理解滾珠絲杠在伺服系統(tǒng)中以及直線導(dǎo)軌在起精密導(dǎo)向元件時(shí)的作用的話,這個(gè)“精度等級(jí)”的概念就不難理解,說白了,高精度的絲桿就可以用在高精度的設(shè)備,當(dāng)然高精度的絲桿也不菲。
