一、通過軸承潤(rùn)滑劑的狀態(tài)進(jìn)行識(shí)別
1、 Identification by the status of the bearing lubricant
,對(duì)潤(rùn)滑劑進(jìn)行采樣分析,通過其污濁程度是否混入異物或金屬粉末等進(jìn)行判斷。此方法對(duì)不能靠近觀察的軸承或大型軸承尤為有用。
Firstly, the lubricant is sampled and analyzed to judge whether its turbidity is mixed with foreign matters or metal powder. This method is particularly useful for bearings that cannot be close to observation or large bearings.
二、通過專人或聽音器、聽音棒進(jìn)行軸承聲音識(shí)別

通過聲音進(jìn)行識(shí)別需要有豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。必 須經(jīng)過充分的訓(xùn)練達(dá)到能夠識(shí)別直線軸承聲音與非軸承聲音。為此,應(yīng)盡量由專人來進(jìn)行這項(xiàng)工作。用聽音器或聽音棒貼在外殼上可清楚地聽到直線軸承的聲音。
Recognition by sound requires a wealth of experience. Must be fully trained to recognize linear bearing sound and non bearing sound. 三、通過直線軸承的工作溫度進(jìn)行識(shí)別

該方法屬比較識(shí)別法,于用在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)不太變化的場(chǎng)合。為此,必 須進(jìn)行溫度的連續(xù)記錄。出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),不僅溫度升高,還會(huì)出現(xiàn)不規(guī)則變化。
This method belongs to the comparative identification method and is suitable for occasions where the running state does not change much. For this purpose, continuous temperature recording must be carried out. In case of failure, not only the temperature increases, but also irregular changes occur.
